For those of you with iPods with the Dock Connection, there’s a cool little gadget worth looking into called the Pocket Dock Combo. What this little thing is is an adapter for your iPod with Dock connection to use any standard USB or Firewire cable. Previous generation Pocket Dock’s only allow a USB connection or a Firewire connection. This is a convenient for those of you that like to transfer data to and from multiple computers. It comes in handy because most people with have a USB cable already connected to their computer.
I think its much more convenient than carrying a dock cable with you. I guess if you might find yourself carrying a USB or Firewire cable, but if you are like me, when you travel you already carry one of those cables. It will eliminate the need to carry two with you. Give it a look it might be worth it to you.
