I have to admit. I need to build a regular blog schedule to keep my sites up to date. It’s tough for me because every time I launch a new site it seems like I dedicate all my time to that particular project.
As far as personal projects, I am currently managing three blogs: brandonquintana.com, lightenment, and webdev2.0. Now I would probably say that this site would be the easiest to blog on just because I could possibly write on virutally anything as far as topics are concerned. Lightenment is a little harder just because I need to purchase a gadget in order to create a post. Nevertheless, I should create a schedule to insure that I’m still posting to the blog. Something along the lines of every Monday for example. Webdev2.0 was just launched recently and it’s getting the most of my attention. I want the site to succeed and I’m very happy on how it’s turned out so well. I enjoy posting to the site and have recieved some very positive feedback.
So from now on this is my plan of action. I hope to post to this site daily probably once in the morning. On lightenment, I hope to post once a week, probably Monday. Finally on webdev2.0, I hope to post about five sites daily as well as a blog post.
Like anything else, building a routine will help me keep on track. It will probably be hard initially, but I figure if I manage my time accordingly I shouldn’t have any trouble. I mean I’ve read some sites where bloggers blog on 15 sites and if they can do that then there’s no reason why I can’t post on three.
In any case, I have to make it a priority to fit my blogs in between the work that I do for client projects.
In any case, I enjoy blogging. If I didn’t I probably wouldn’t do it. If anyone has some good blogging tips for me make sure to leave a comment. Thanks.
